2 weeks down
and 12.8 pounds. ;) I'm feeling great about it. It hasn't been easy, but I suppose nothing you really want ever is. I've been exercising A LOT! At the very minimum, that means walking 2 miles every night.....usually though it's more then that, and some biking and other working out. I'm feeling good about it though--listening to my body and feeling the push and pull.
I feel more confident then I've been in years....I can already tell a difference in my skin, my face, my attitude....I can't wait to see what a difference it is as every additional pound comes off.
I've been great with my eating....and am filled up enough even if I'm only eating 800 calories a day. Today I went over 1000 (barely) though....I was really craving a pita with some greek sauce on it for dinner (along with tomatoes and cucumbers and spinach)...that sent me over the edge.....but hopefully I'll work all that off on tonights walk and it will be worth it. :)
