Another Try http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/cheller Day after Day en All rights reserved Weight loss extrapounds v2 http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss 1440 http://www.extrapounds.com/images/avatars/users/cheller.gif Avatar http://www.extrapounds.com/ 100 100 Day after Day Trying this again using Gillian McKeith's Program ~ You are what you Eat http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/cheller/comments/344006/trying-this-again-using-gillian-mckeiths-program-you-are-what-you-eat <p>I just started this journey again.&nbsp;</p> <p>I can't believe that I weighted over 300 pounds.&nbsp; Where did it get away from me?&nbsp; Why did I have my head in the sand until it got too out of control?&nbsp; These are just a few questions that I really need to answer.</p> <p>I have lost 13 pounds so far (2 weeks).&nbsp; I have been following Gillian McKeith's program from &quot;You are what you Eat&quot;.&nbsp; It is a program on BBC America and it was very interesting to me.&nbsp; I do not follow it exactly because it is very strict but I have tried to follow it as much as possible and I'm seeing results.&nbsp; I do think I need to start following it to the letter because I may see better results.</p> <p>My daughter is in PA visiting my parents until August 16th so I hope to surprise her with at least a 20 pound weight loss.&nbsp; I hope she will be able to notice some difference but my luck I'm too heavy for it to show up.</p> <p>I have to do it this time.&nbsp; I start Nursing School in September and it is going to be difficult so I don't need any health problems to appear to make it more difficult.</p> <p>Anyway....
