Trying this again using Gillian McKeith's Program ~ You are what you Eat
I just started this journey again.
I can't believe that I weighted over 300 pounds. Where did it get away from me? Why did I have my head in the sand until it got too out of control? These are just a few questions that I really need to answer.
I have lost 13 pounds so far (2 weeks). I have been following Gillian McKeith's program from "You are what you Eat". It is a program on BBC America and it was very interesting to me. I do not follow it exactly because it is very strict but I have tried to follow it as much as possible and I'm seeing results. I do think I need to start following it to the letter because I may see better results.
My daughter is in PA visiting my parents until August 16th so I hope to surprise her with at least a 20 pound weight loss. I hope she will be able to notice some difference but my luck I'm too heavy for it to show up.
I have to do it this time. I start Nursing School in September and it is going to be difficult so I don't need any health problems to appear to make it more difficult.
Anyway.... I just wanted to get this started. I need all the support I can get. My goal weight is 150.... so I have to loose 1/2 of me. UGH.....
