Any frum ladies here?
Are there any frum (orthodox Jewish) women out there? Anyone who understands the challenges of cooking great food each Shabbos for the rest of the family and then trying not to eat it? Also, with the Chagim fast approaching, we have to unite to inspire ourselves to help get through this time of year with maximum willpower (in all areas) and minimum calories (in the food area). Would be happy to hear from someone.

Hi, chaya.
We joined EP at almost the same time. EP suggested I check you out. I see that you haven't been on here much since joining. Is it because you haven't found anyone else from Jerusalem?
I'm in the US -- always have been. But I have a lot of interest in Jewish people and beliefs and customs. I would love to learn more about you and how your life is. I would tell you all about myself, too, if you're interested.
I hope that we can be friends -- if you come back. I'm totally into caring about and trying to understand one another -- on this earth -- if at all possible.
PS: I'm a Sabbath-keeping Christian, who knows about the Holy Days, and believe about clean and unclean meats. I wouldn't try to push my beliefs on you at all!!! I would just like to have a friend like you -- and to encourage you. Hey! I even have a prayer shawl and a shofar (which I can blow a little bit)!
Wishing you well and happy.
