What NO Chocolate!

 Ok so greetings to one and all, so here I am copying the most important man in my life - not with the change of life style and discovering the new US, but in joining 'extrapounds' and starting a 'Blog'.

So we started in the 'Cohens Lifestlye' program some six weeks ago, its the best decision we have ever made, after;

• Meeting (online 8 years ago)
• Marrying 4 years ago (in Sri Lanka)
• Moving to Australia 3 years ago

Life is certainly moving along beautifully and now we are getting rid of the extra baggage - we will be looking forward to many more beautiful years together.

I hope to keep a record of our / my acheivements as we / I get to goal and beyond.
