Slack-no-more!!

Ok, this time I mean buisness =P I'm gonna start going to the gym again...badminton has encouraged me to stop running..does that even make sense?! lol Badminton is not too challenging for me since i'm so use to more exercise so I'm incorporating running back into my routine as well as ab work. Strenght training? Not this week but I'll start again next week every tuesday and thursday.

As for food, NO MORE JUNK. I've been living THE life but man do i feel fat and bloated. I feel much better without diet pepsi, pizza and ice cream. Without a second's hesitation. Sooooooo new action plan, I'm back to no dessert (except for fruit and yogurt) and will focus on fish, chicken and especially veggies!! Last night I had fish with fresh zuchinni and carrots zapped in the microwave *drool* It's easy to do so I might even have that again tonight =) I've also bought some almonds as a snack in the afternoon I think i'm on the right track!!!

As for my shy guy, things are going good so far.  I *could* see him tonight but maybe I should just rest and relax and take some much needed alone time =D And clean my apartment......only for an hour, though.  We're still on for Sat. night so i'm kinda excited about that ;P He was suppose to work Sat. night but since he's the boss he asked another boss to let him go on Sun. instead. Yay!! He's such a sweety. I know it's a dumb thing to notice but when i got in his car the inside light went off so i couldnt buckle my seatbelt and without even having to ask him, he opened the light for me ;) I'm not use to men noticing things like that. It's a great feeling. hehe

I hope you gals have a good one!! I started my day off with positive thoughts, oatmeal for breakfast and the intention of working out this lunch hour and maybe even going for a walk after dinner! =)
