let's get started
ok - I officially am ready for a change...I'm wanting to get in much better shape, and want to do so with some accountability. I'm not going to tell my family and friends where this is for a good while...but want it all in writing! I read somewhere about "dieting naked" so that's what I'm gonna do!
Hubby & I were doing pretty well (I'd lost almost 20 pounds) when his sister passed away, and we both apparently "comfort eat"...and I've gained all of what I'd lost back! I want to get that 20 pounds off, plus a lot more...
The goal I've set...I gave myself a year, but I'm hoping to reach it well before then...but I'm scared to set the goal too soon, for fear if I miss it, I'll just give up.
My real goal is to be healthy, and I can't do that being THIS overweight! I'm not willing to drink diet sodas and such...I need to drink water! I want to eat real foods - foods God made for us! and in the right proportions. I also need to get some activity...sitting at a desk all day for work, and all evening for class isn't healthy!
So....here goes!
