Today was the best WI ever.
I was so excited when my JCC told me I had lost 4.2 lbs.
For a total of 19.4.
It never fails to amaze me how well this program works.
I feel better, I have more energy than I have had in years.
I am really just enjoying my life so much more.
I can't imagine not doing this now.

it has been a couple weeks, sorry i haven't checked in on you. hope things are going well on JC! My 10 week wi is this afternoon and i can feel tom coming on full force yea me LOL. Have a good WI!
