14 Week Challenge!
Ok so I didn't give up entirely on my weight loss - I'm still battling with it - but I haven't called it quits yet.
I have decided to do a 14 week challenge.
*exercise minimum of 30minutes 6 days a week
*drink 64oz. water daily
*continue logging food/exercise
*staying op with weight watchers.
I have a blog where I log all of my food/exercise so I won't be blogging that on here.
Looking forward to meeting some new people along the way!
