exercise
Well today I was off of work so I cleaned up around the house & just finished doing the "brisk walk" from Walk Away the Pounds. I definitely broke a sweat. It's a 2 mile walk. I already feel better both physically & mentally because I took the time to exercise. I'm drinking my much needed water. So far I haven't gone over my points today, so that is good.
