4th Weigh In

So I gained 1.3 lbs this week. I did read online that sometimes if ww isn't working you have to start eating more points. Like I get 42 points for the week plus 49 extra weekly points. I am mostly staying under 42 points.. After some reading on message boards, this may be sabotaging my weight loss. I need to use all of my points and maybe even some of my extra points and see if that helps. I have been eating protein for breakfast and protein for evening snack. I may not be getting all my fruits and veggies that I am supposed to have. I'm going to increase my daily points intake and up my fruits and veggies. So we'll see what happens for next weight in. I will be honest, I am getting discouraged. It cost more money for me to buy the foods that I am buying and eat as much as I am already. So for it not to be paying off is frustrating. I am under huge stress and have not been sleeping at night well. I know this can contribute to no weight loss also. How do I fix that? I can't make my job stress home stress go away! I am going to start my period this week, (sorry TMI!) so maybe I'm a little bloated? I think I may start a food journal also. I am not writing down what I'm eating and its ww point value. But I do plan out my day and know how many points I'm using for that day ahead of time. Ok... starting another week.

Don't be discouraged

I know it's hard, but try not to be discouraged by the scale.  There are so many things going on in your body that the scale doesn't tell you.  You're getting stronger, your heart is getting healthier, your muscles are growing, etc.  Just keep trying and you will find what works best for your body.  As far as the cost of eating healthier goes, this is what I tell myself... I can either pay more now to eat healhier or pay more later for medicines to treat high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, etc. Make yourself a priority, you are so worth it!! (end of ramble)
