It's Time
This time I am determined to get the weight down and to keep it off. Since January this year I have lost 5 kgs but had come to a standstill in the last 4 weeks. I have now stepped up my excersize with 2 walks per day (most days) and some floor and stretching excersizes. I still have good and bad days with my food intake, on the bad days I make sure I do 2 walks. My goal is to lose 5kgs by September so I won't feel uncomfortable at a wedding I am going to on Hamilton Island. I feel very motivated at the moment.
