Delusional, Dahling
Okay, okay, okay, I admit it. I've been telling myself for years that it wasn't fair, I wan't eating all that much, I wasn't eating any more than the next person, blah blah blah. What a sling of sludge. I've lost 29 pounds in two months, and all I've done, with the help of phentermine, is eat smaller portions, ditch the fast food, and consume little sugar. No binging on a pound bag of M & Ms or Skittles. No quarter of stick of butter on my toast. I go out to eat, and I bring home at least half of it in a doggy bag. Does this mean that, as soon as I stop taking the phentermine, that I'm going to balloon like the brat on Willy Wonka? Zounds...

No Way
I'm not sure if I read your entry correctly, but 29lbs in one month, wow, Congrats!!!! I've been taking it for one week and have lost about 6 or 7 maybe. I have been taking half a pill right before lunch, do you think this is the best way ?? See I figure I take it at lunch and ithe NO Hunger effect will last longer although Im not sure if maybe my results would be faster if I took the whole pill.
Are you excersizing, Im eager to know your secret.....

Worried
Pat,
I am worried about the same thing but praying it is not so. I guess we'll both find out won't we? How long do you have phen for? I have it for six months, through June. Good Luck. I'm so proud of you!

Me too!
I've been on Phen for 9 weeks and reading your blog is almost a mirror of what I've been thinking and experiencing as well. I've heard that some people do gain weight back after getting off Phen. For me, I know that this new way of eating has to be a life time change. I've lost the weight before thru WW and slowly got amnesia on how I was supposed to eat until I totally got out of my old/healthy eating habits. So this time (after I lose all of my weight (thinking positive :) , my plan is to keep going in for monthly follow ups to keep myself in check. Unfortunately for me, I now know I need some sort of accountability...not just to myself. Keep up the great work....we can do this!

Willy Wonka...
No, you're NOT going to re-balloon because you're using Phentermine as a tool and it's not Phentermine that's making the choices for you to eat healthier, it's you. Stick to the plan and your body will become accustomed to eating less naturally, with or without Phentermine. :-)
