That Was a Tough One
One measly pound, friends, but I didn't give up. I started walking and hiking my arse off (hopefully). Unfortunately, my taste for sugar has returned, and, fortunately, the savage beast can be somewhat tamed with fresh fruit. Covert Bailey is right. The only way that I'm going to be able to keep my butt in check (and waistline, and thighs, and abdomen, etc.) is to build as much muscle tissue as this wearing-out body can build. If I stay on my kiester, I'm doomed.

SUgar - I understand
I have to really watch the sugar too - eat a little and suddenly it is all I see, everywhere I look. So hard to resist.
I'm with you on the muscle tissue, by the way. It seems to really make a difference in fat loss and composition...good luck!
PS - You're looking great! I can really see the loss.

Hello!
Hello Loser Buddy! A pound is great progress in our lives. lol I am glad that you are getting more active. I am struggling with that myself but I know (like you do) that sitting down is certainly the way not to go. I hope you are doing well in everything else! I am moving this month. I will have the same address. I think I gave the gmail one to you. I have been meaning to write your new address for ages. Thinking of you often! Let's do this!!! Hugs Heather
