ugh
well, i survived the holidays ... the diet definitely did not. Either my scales are broken or i really did manage to gain 11 pounds *sigh*. Time to start over. Thankfully we have never been much into huge new years parties so that won't be an issue. Our anniversary we are planning just a night out at a nice restaurant, so should be easy enough to make sensible choices there.
Time to rework the goals a little and actually get serious about this.
choice one: count calories or do atkins again.
both work for me, Atkins means i don't have to think as much, but then, bread and pizza are my downfalls there. Counting calories means i can have the bread and pizza but i have to watch everything so damn carefully. ah well, i guess for this week at least i'll just count the calories while i decide.
