week 1
I walked 2 miles 3 days in a row. Then I jog/walked 2 miles two days and did weights the following day.
My weekend was super busy so I didn't do much but to make up for that I will be swimming a few laps at my sister's pool.
I have gotten my daily calorie intake down to 1200 calories the past week. (I was probably eating anywhere between 1600 to 2000 a day before that).
I lost 3lbs and a total of 3 1/2 inches total so far.
I'm sure the 3lbs is water weight but it still feels good to see it drop even a little bit.
My birthday is Saturday,I'm hoping for just 2 more and maybe another inch.
We'll see.
This week I'm gonna throw in 2 or 3 days of Jillian's 30 Day Shred and only do 3 walking and/or jogging.

wishing there were 30 hours in a day
& 8 days in a week. I just can't seem to find the time to do most things I need to do. So what goes on hold? My needs of course. 2 kids and a house to deal with is rough some days.
All I want is 30 minutes a day to work out (dvd or a walk) and 20 minutes a day to shower. Is that really asking so much from the family I give everything for and take care of? They say no it's not and they want to help and be supportive...then they get self absorbed and forget all about me.
Is it a wonder I end up in a F it attitude after a few days of that I bet. ridiculous. I am going to do this, I am not giving them a choice I am just saying I'm going or just leaving. I have a goal and I will reach it.
