Day 9
Another day down. Had a bad argument with a friend on MSN and ended up blocking them - the weight loss means a lot to me this time round and I really don't want friends who are full of fear and negativity about their lives to the point where they try to drag me down. I'm angry but certainly not upset. In fact, it put me off my food this morning so, hey, turning a negative into a positive.
Did not use the treadmill today. That's more to do with time and the fact that I was somewhat wound up. Within calories though and that's the major thing for me right now.

Day 8
Today has been easy, partly because I had a migraine and didn't want to eat. Feel okay now though.
I'm down on the day by around 386 cals so practically made up on last week's over already. Tbh, it's going to be up and down as some days are easier than others - okay as long as it balances out.
Breakfast was just a Banana.
Lunch was a Tesco Healthy Living Chow Mein Noodle Pot.
Dinner was a Poussin. Was supposed to have veg mash but wasn't up for it.
Snacks have been an apple and tomato, plus one glass of red grape orange juice and a naughty Ferrero Roche. Perhaps not the most healthiest of days, but it will do.
I plan to get an early night. Need plenty of sleep to keep the leptin up.

Day 7
Been bad - well I was good until we got to the carvery.
Managed to avoid snacks at the cinema, etc., but could not resist:
1. Eating beyond being full during the main meal.
2. Having profiteroles for dessert.
This leaves me over by 382 cals for today and about 450 cals for the week. Not too bad and nothing to cry about. I can make this up during the week.

Day 6
Another good day :D Didn't use the treadmill but went out and about.
Weigh in today brought the result of 6lbs lost 
Treating myself to a nice hot bath and a South African chocolate bar called a Tempo which will only take me over by 10 cals due to accummulated calories so far.
The true test is tomorrow - we are going out with friends to a carvery. I must resist the roast potatoes and pile my plate high with carrots and cabbage.

Day 5
Last night I woke up in the middle of the night really hungry and could not get back to sleep, hence today I've had to push myself to get on the treadmill and cook a natural healthy dinner.
Worked hard on the treadmill - bit of slow, bit of fast. I have a painful leg due to varicose veins and need to work it back in, but it's adapting fast, thank goodness because 10 mins on a slight incline does not burn many calories.
Another good day diet wise - had to make up calories with red grape juice, organic of course!
I will be weighing in tomorrow as Saturday has been my weigh-in day for a while now. Must admit, I've been on the loo so many times today I think I've definitely lost weight - even if just water!
Actually, I admit I know how much I've lost so far. I've been weighing myself practically morning and night! It's like a substitute addiction for food.

Day 4
Been very positive today. Managed to finally do my full 10 mins on the treadmill.
Ate dinner very late - managed to go shopping and not be tempted even though hungry and tired.
Under on the calories by about 310!

Day 3
Well this is supposed to be the toughest day and wow, it has been. I've been hungry, very very hungry.
Slightly over on calories, but we are talking 76 cals here. That was due to one Ferrero Roche.
I got on the scales this morning - should not do that! Was a bit of a brief disappointment, but soon bounced back. Stupid me!

Day 2
Managed to stick to my calorie allocation even though stressed.
One of our cats is not well, had to take her to the vet. She will be okay but it's a long-term thing and I want an instant result - just like with dieting I guess.
Happy with myself because I managed to stick to the plan even though the takeaway pizza called.

Day 1
I plan to fill this in everyday to keep me going.
I've been hungry but I'm full of the New Year spirit and enthusiasm. Have kept to my calorie allowance.
