My scales need oiling
Yep, that must be it
Nah, I'm not too bothered by their inability to move. I can feel my body is a bit more "squidgey".
I've ordered a heavy weight hula hoop. It's something I've fancied for a while but was not quite sure where to start, but I found Hoop Guy and wow, what a helpful soul he is. Now all I have to do is wait.
Today I'm going to be super good and also get a bit more work done on the stepper in an attempt to get myself going on the scales.
Plan to get out and about on the weekend to keep me away from the fridge. Not sure where yet - Saturday I have a few "chores" but Sunday I'm stuck between a choice of country parks. May go to the nearest as not been there yet.
Hope you are all doing okay

That must be it!
If it were only that easy! We would all have puddles of oil on the floor surrounding the scales!
The weekend getaway sounds like a great idea. Wish I could tag along! Its mothers day weekend here and I am stuck playing hostess to my mother and mil! Hope they like low cal cuisine because thats all I'm fixin! haha!
Have a good one - Shelly

Hula Hoops.
Good luck with the hula hoop.
My MIL did really well using hers, helped to tone up her waist.
Me, I obviously have to ability of an useless thing ... I can't hula hoop to save my life !!
Having activities at the weekend always helps me, except I always forget my water!
Have fun :)

LOL
That was funny - oil the scales. Let us know if it works. Good luck with the hula hoop. That is one thing (of many) that I have not mastered yet.
