I'm really surprised

The last three days I've been bad.  But I've had the really upset stomach to show for it.

However, I've still managed to lose 2lbs.  This is probably even more water loss, but that takes me into the lower 18 stone bracket and I am going to rejoice at that.

I have been working hard and not getting enough sleep - I let myself get beyond the point of being able to resist that takeaway, or two.  I now know that the secret to my success is going to be sleep.  Next time I get really tired, I shall just go to bed even if it's 6pm!  Better that then stuffing my face in an attempt to stay awake.

They do say

that adequate amounts of sleep are important to all things, including weight loss.  I'm working on that one also.  Congrats on the scale being down!!

I agree, we crave high energy foods when we are tired - sleep works for longer!

Sleep is good...

My WW leader also told me (I think it was her, or maybe another leader, I've had a "couple"!) that sleep aids dieting.

I do know that it is better to go to bed rather than just munching the evening away ... I know it, but don't necessarily manage to do it :)

Opposites

Sometimes, I go to bed so I can avoid overeating.  I never thought about staying up to eat.  DEEP Breaths!
