I ran last night on the tredmill at the gym.  I'm soo sore.  I weighted myself on the scale and to my suprise I weighted 1 pound lighter.. woo hoo .. the pain paid off..  I need to lose 12 more pounds to reach my birthday goal of 160 by June 20th

We had a Mother's Day BBQ today.  It was a lot of fun.  After that I went to the GYM and ran 2.8 miles.***whew*** I'm pooped.  I'm back to lower weight since 2005.. WOO HOO! Now only if I can just break passed 174.  I've got to reach my goal and I'm not giving up until I have it.  This whole blog is aiming to reach my goal by my 26th B-Day, we shall see... That would 29 pounds.. yikes.. I'm not sure about that. But we'll see how close I get.

Restarting Blog

Its been a while since I have posted anything on here.  I have dropped the ball on here a little.. sorry
BUT!! I havent dropped the ball on working out.  I am still 90% dedicated to my goal to reach lose 40 pounds total by my 26th birthday (the 10% is my friday cheat day). 
I really havent been on here because weight loss has kinda stopped.  I felt like I didnt have anything positive to share, soooo I stayed away. 
Now I'm disapointed because any thing that I could have wrote between 4/6 thru today could have been something good to always refer back too (darn it!) oh well..
Anyways.... blah blah blah
 
***Here is my status update of workouts and weight starting 5/6/09***
5/6/09 - ran on thredmill for 35min total (20 min speed 5.6 & 15 min between speed 5.0-5.5) = Distance 2.5 aprx** 
5/7/09 - ran on thredmill for 30min total (28 min speed 5.5 & 2 min speed 6.5-7.0) = Distance 2.89 miles
5/8/09 - Weigh-in @ 177.4

This past week was suppose to be great.  My last few blogs I have either been in a "mood" or stressed.  I went to work as any other day. I came back from a meeting to hearing my desk phone ring.  I answer and there is no response.. all I hear is heavy breathing, I then I realized its my mother in law calling.  Blood rush all over my body, again I said Hello?.. HELLO! Mom are you ok? She could hardly speak, while throwing up and crying she makes out the words.. "I fell and hit my head" I was terrified but had to stay calm. She was alone with my 4 year old and I expected the worest.  I told her I'd be there ASAP.  Unfortunetly we live in maricopa.. and I work in Chanlder.. its about a 25 min drive. I called 911.. they were there before me.. We ended up staying at the hospital for about 48 hrs..  she is better now.

Thankful

I decided to step on the scale this morning.  To my huge suprise I have lost another 2lbs from last thrusday.  Per my prior blogs this past week has been terrible lol but my body managed to pull it off. 
 
I did work out yesterday.. I ran to the gym, did my 30min cardo and ran back home.  That was rough.  The gym is maybe a block away.  Its not the distance that killed me, it was the air for some reason.  My lungs were so tight and felt like they were on fire.  I still pushed on.. didnt want the people driving by see me stop.  My mini ashma attack was a nice touch to my working out lol.  A few people at the gym kept staring at me because I kept coughing lol. Oh well, I'm still kicking and my heart is still beating so its all good  

Wasted..

Well this whole week went by and I am almost 100% sure that not only will I not lose weight this week but I will also gain and be back in the stupid 180's.  So much for not seeing that number again.  Maybe I am being a little hard on myself. ugh.. I think I'm going to skip this weekends weigh-in.
