It was a hard week but...
I did it! I still went down 1.2! I didn't post last week and that was down .6, so all in the right direction.
About half way through this WW week (which for me is Wed - Tue) I realized I was going down a really bad path. I was cheating - lots. So even though I was working out, but Friday I'd used all my flex points and then some. So on Saturday I smartened up and got back on track. Was more diligent about journalling, and also working out.
And it paid off! I'm really happy and am almost at my 10 lb mark.
My DH, who is following along at home, has lost 12 lbs so far - good for him! He wants me to change weigh in to Saturdays so that Saturday can be our "free" day. Personally I think Tuesday's are safer b/c it means I only have a few hours at night to cheat, but Saturdays might just work better logistically. We'll see.
Keep going all you friends! We can do this!
