Another good weigh in
Well it was another good week! Down 2.8. Now, last week I was up 2, so technically, it was only down another .8 over all, but that's almost another pound, and I'm really quite thrilled. I'm thinking exercising really is helping on top of eating right, so I'll be sticking with that!
Quite humorous I tried hopping on the stairmaster at the gym yesterday - it about killed me! I only lasted 5 minutes before I said "forget this!" My coworker was on the one next to me and she's just merrily chugging away at it... I think that's something to strive for.
Should be another good week this week. Nothing major coming up in terms of tempting food (we don't really do anything for Valentines Day). It's my Mom's birthday party on Sunday, but since both she and I are on WW, we'll make sure all the food is WW friendly. And I'm making her an angel food cake with ultra low fat cool whip mixed with sugar free strawberry jello mix. Nice way to get a really low fat frosting on there.



The fact that you gained and didn't let it get you down is absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! You came right back and lost all of that gain plus some more.!!!!!!!! That shows character, girl!!! That shows GRIT!!!!
