Not a bad 2nd week!
Well I've had my 2nd weigh in, and I'm still going in the right direction, so that's good. I wasn't too concerned as I've been making it to the gym at lunch time, and it feels really good. Also I didn't cheat too much. And I've totally avoided ice cream. It wasn't a challenge until tonight I saw an ice cream commercial and I really wanted it. But since we don't have any in the house, it wasn't too difficult to ignore.
My biggest challenge is hunger at work. I try to bring enough good food with me, but some times the lure of home made cookies or chocolate cake is almost too much to bare. I said almost - I have been saying no, but it makes me sad.
I'll keep working out and keep at it. Next weekend is a friend's stagette and the weekend after is her wedding, so I really hope I can keep my head through those.
