IN A SLUMP!!!!!!!

I fell into a slump and found...I had a few rough days...I wasn't motivated to work out and I just pigged out on whatever I was able to get my hands on. I went on like this for two days and couldn't understand why. I had to tell myself you can't give up now get back up and don't look back. Tomorrow is gone and today's another day. So I will focus on that and do what I have to do to get back on track. I guess we all go through a rough spell just as long as we don't stay there. It's alrite. Well I'm back and I have a week n half to complete my 6weeks program. So push girl push and you'll love the results.

Half Way...

Well, I half way through my 6 wks programSo far I've lost 24lbs and feeling great. I'm going to try a push up the annie this week and hopefully by the end of my 6wk program 30lbs will be lost. I have 6lbs more to lose to reach my mini goal. I plan to take another set of pictures to see my progress. Until next time.

Week 3

It's week 3 for me and I'm moving along...I had a pretty big weekend my daughter graduated and I gave her a big BBQ party and I did faily well. I stayed close to plan minus eating a small piece of lemon pound cake. But I worked it off later that night. I will be beginning the burn up portion of my exercise program. This will be for 4 weeksand I'm looking forward too it.

Rough One...

Yesterday, I had a rough workout. I struggled through. I was completely tired by the time I got around to exercise. I had been running around all day helping my daughter Rayna get ready for her graduation on Saturday. I didn't get home til 9:30 p.m. but I was determined to do my workout. By the time I got to the floor exercise my back was hurting and I couldn't continue. But I got in 45 mins of cardio. So I'm happy, but I also feel cheated. So today, I will try to workout on time with no interuptions.

Ramp It Up

I began the second phase of my three part workout video. Ramp it up! It's a bit more intense than the Start it up, really focus on the legs and glutis. My shoulders are a bit sore but looking forward to this afternoon workout. I working out 6 days a week and I'm feeling good.

It's A Good Day

One week gone and I'm down 17lbs and 15.5% body fat. WOW! If this isn't motivation i don't know what is...I just finished taking a hour bike ride with my son and boy was my butt hurting. But it's well worth it. Now I'm getting ready for my  aerobics class I am so pumped up.

I Survived Day 6

Beginning a new workout is always difficult, but if you stick with it things will get easier. Well, it's day 6 for me and I survive my 6 day workout schedule. HOORAY! There were days I wanted to give up but I really need to lose weight. So I'm determine to do what is necessary to lose the wieght. It won't be easy. It going to take a lot of work and determination and motivation. I will succeed.

Good Workout

I had a really good workout today. I feel I'm ready to go to the next level. One more day with start it up and then im on to ramp it up. Hooray!!!!!!!!!1

The Day I Decided To Change

One morning I was flipping through channels and came across a commercial on Slim in 6. While I listen to everyone's testimonies, I became very jealous of their weight loss but then gradually I started to think that maybe I could do it too.
