Working it OUT!
I can honestly say for the first time with 100% certainty, I know I have a good workout plan! I totally enjoyed meeting with the trainer last week. This lady was hard core and let me tell you, I had a hard time walking the next couple of days! But today, after doing this same routine three times now, I'm getting it and it is good!! We'll be meeting once a month to change things up a bit, but I think this is what I needed to really jump this loss more. I'm thrilled!!
