What is my goal?
I'm reaching a point now where I never thought I'd see again. Yesterday I weighed in at 225lbs! The weight has been slow moving, but I'm losing inches too and I'm happy about that. I've never been so eager to measure in or weigh in as I am now!
So I keep getting asked what is my goal? Well, I don't know honestly. I think I need to just set a number as my goal and then when I get there I re-evaluate. I have played with the idea of 175lbs as this point before, but think that is going to be my goal for now. So...with that in mind I have 50 pounds to go. At one point I'd have been completely overwhelmed at that thought, but 50lbs is so going to be gone off me very soon! LOL I'm setting this goal for June. I think I can do it by then and if not then as long as I'm close I'll be happy. So...175lbs here I come!
Rescheduled my hardcore trainer finally - now that I'm cleared from all surgeries again. I'm looking forward to that on Wednesday. ALso have a coaching session on Friday with another trainer and so between them I'll have a good plan on toning this gut and flabby parts that we won't discuss here! LOL Legs are looking good - finally FINALLY lost in my calves! I never lose there!
Re-evaluating my eating habits as well. Overall they are really good, but the doctor thinks I need to increase my caloric intake to 1200 minimum, especially on days I am working out in the gym. My hair is not thinning so bad these days, I think the biotin is helping. I'm feeling good.
One word to anyone who would ever consider a lapband...alcohol effects you in a completely different way now. A couple glasses of wine and I was blizted last night! UGH! Don't konw why, but it goes to your head faster than ever before.
