interesting

I went to a Naturopath a few years ago and she told me to put iodine on my arm.  If it absorbed w/in a few hours it meant my body needed mroe.

Interesting

Interesting about the Iodine deficiency or hypothyroidism... have you been to the doc for a chem panel?

It's good to know your levels, especially when trying to lose weight.

hi

thanks for sharing.  the two cravings that i have, baked goods and chocolate both signal that i need a man. lol.  you are doing well, keep up the great work!

Cookies...

I also want cookies...lots of gooey toffee cookies like my Aunt's friend made this weekend. Oh - forgot to mention I ate 3! I still want more!

So - I guess I want love too, but cookies are so much less trouble! LOL
