Well in 7 days I will be ON MY WAY TO HAWAII! I started with a personal trainer and instead of the pounds going down know I notice the inches. Finally tried on my new bikini last weekend to lay out and the differences from before I started with my trainer are fantastic. I'm truly proud of myself!

Haven't really written much as I've just been busy with work and stuff. But I have 3 weeks until Hawaii and I am down 8.5 pounds. Basically I am 8.9 away from my goal. But actually I am not so much concerned with the number as I am how I look, because my thighs and stomach are totally shrinking. I have 2 bikini's I got and I also hired a personal trainer now 2x a week till I leave for what's called a "Butt & Gutt" program. Let me tell you it is TOUGH STUFF! She worked me hard, pushed me to go faster and I woke up the next morning SOOO SORE! They have guaranteed results in 4 weeks so I can't wait to see how I look when I leave. I feel great and notice when I put on old clothes my jeans are so big in the thigh area. Back to a size 9 in the Juniors department (I'm 28 years old by the way) and probably when I am done will be a 7. YEAH!!!!
Yeah. today I lost 1.2 pounds, now at 141.8!!! Hopefully next Sunday I can get UNDER 140!!! I bet if I start drinking tons of water I can. That's my downfall, I drink like 4oz of water a day, NOTHING else. No juice, soda, etc. I eat fruit and lettuce, hah hah. I know that has water in it. But I am going to jump start my weight loss this week and DOWN water. Since the following week I am having some slight surgery so I can't go to the gym as far as I know.
Well I weighed in this morning and lost 0.8 lbs. I am not happy about that at all. So I didn't even loose back all the 1.4 pounds I gained last week. Some of my clothes are feeling looser, but the scale is pissing me off. I am still a size 8, hopefully down to a 6 soon. Hawaii is in 7 weeks and I just really hope I can get to loosing a total of at least 10-15 by then. I have been eating great, using the extra 35 if I want a week, and ALL fresh core foods. Why then am I so upset by the stupid scale? I am bloated I think as well, so that definitely doesn't help the situation.
So I weighed in yesterday and gained 1.4. I actually wasn't THAT bumed because I was expecting more like 3! I was sick the whole weak so was eating a lot of saltine crackers, which I think added up. Not like the veggies and stuff I was eating before. Back to the grind this week!
Ok, so I am going to try this again, lol! I am hoping Weight Watchers doesn't give me a problem saying I never weighed in last week, because if I would have known they'd be closed Sunday I would have gone Saturday. So today's weight better show for last week, and then Sunday I weigh in again, ARGH

Well, I went to weigh in and was so anxious to see what I weighed, and they were closed. Why, because of Easter? The whole world does not celebrate Easter, and if that is the case they should have given people notice last weekend OR placed a sign in the door, NONE of the above was done. Can we say I am PISSED

So I weighed in this morning. Tameka and I did the same this week, down 2 pounds! I am so proud and excited. I have been sooooo determined. The only time I cheated this week was through my 35 extra points, I may have gone a bit over Friday night with the Peter Pan Whipped Peanut Butter that is out in stores again, lol! But other than that I have been living on salads, lean meat, tons of fruit and veggies, and water! If I can keep it up at this rate, I will totally reach my goal by Hawaii!
I even went to American Eagle yesterday and for the 1ST time bought 2 adorable strapless tops to wear in Hawaii. They have a little string to go around the neck to hold the middle up but I tried it on and was like, WOW! I can totally pull this off with my goal I am trying to acheive.
Another thing I wanted to point out, is I am a migraine sufferer as all my friends know and have been battling them weekly for several months. Since I started the Weight Watchers Core plan I have had maybe 1 migraine in the past 2 weeks. From my perspective, it was all those 100 cal packs and processed crap that we eat everyday. Everything I have been eating is FRESH, and I have felt GREAT. If this is what it took to get rid of them I could live like this forever, lol! Of course I still am on a medication to prevent them but I think this was the final straw to get them away. So as you can see this has been a real eye opener for me.
Well, gonna go watch some TV, enjoy my day since it has been a GREAT week!

Did G-R-E-A-T today! My boss took me to lunch for my birthday that was Saturday and I asked to go to Applebee's so I could get something Weight Watchers off their menu so I did, and it came with a side of fruit. Snacked on fruit the rest of the day. Dinner I had ham and asparagus, with a salad. Done for the night. If I can keep this up I am so anxious for my weigh in!
