I can't lose weight for beans.....
I have to stop ea'ingting junk food, and start eating healthier!!!!!!!!!1 But I jsut can't do it

What methods are you using other that cutting out junk food. Are you watching your portion sizes, and you cooking for yourself, most importantly are you exercising. Its hard to stay motivated but once you get there you have to ride it out in order to create healthier lifestyle habits.
YOU CAN DO THIS...WE ALL CAN. JUST HAVE A LONG CONVERSATION WITH YOURSELF AND DECIDE YOU DO WANT THIS MORE THAN ANY JUNK FOOD HIGH! REMOVE THE JUNK FROM YOUR LIFE, YOUR KITCHEN AND YOUR MIND...KEEP ONLY HEALTHY ITEMS AND FIND WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU. WEIGHT WATCHERS, NUTRISYSTEM, OR JUST A SENSIBLE EATING....GET MOVING, GET BUSY AND YOU'LL SEE A TOTAL CHANGE IN YOUR OUTLOOK OF LIFE AND YOUR IMAGE IN THE MIRROW.
YOU CAN DO IT....YOU HAVE THE POWER WITHIN YOURSELF TO DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO DO!!!!!!!!!!
