Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!!!!

Hello, I just wanted to wish happy thanksgiving to all of you!!!! I am now trying to be on the protein or low carb diet.......I have lost some weight already.....Let's see if i will be able to behave tomorrow....We will have a big dinner with all types of foods ....like turkey, ham, potato salad, pies, wine,,,,,etc  But I will only eat the meats and salad......and diet jello.....with some whipped cream......Wish me luck!!!! ok... Hello. First, I would like to say that I am very pleased for all comments and support left on my blog.  Yesterday, I ate pizza at night and felt very guilty after that. But today when I stepped on my scale I noticed that, al least, I have not gained any weight. I also tood a long walk at a park yesterday. Today, I only had coffee for breakfast because I was in a hurry and did not have any time to eat anything. At lunch, I had grilled fish, green salad, cooked brocolli and 1/3 of a baked potato. I also had one orange for dessert. I drank a lot of water. At night, I had 1 chicken sausage with salad and 1 slice of bread, coffee and a light pudim (60 calories). No exercise today, but I intend to go to the gym tomorrow. I am planning to lose at least 1 pound this week, but I am afraid that I will overeat at thanksgiving day.....does anyone have any suggestion about what I should do to avoid gaining weight on that day?   Perhaps I should exercise for 2 or 3 hours to burn all the calories I will probably end up eating......anyways......I have to go now....my baby is crying....bye and see you later.

Hello, I am so happy to see that although my blog is brand new, I have already received comments on it and few people have already visited my blog. Thanks to all. I am sure that together we can make the weight loss and well being happen...Have a wonderful weekend.

By the way, today I had 1 slice of a 12 grain bread and 2 slices of smoked turkey, tomato, oregano, and coffee. For lunch, I had a tuna sanduich and one slice of melon and green tea.

That's all I've had so far. Later at night I will go to the Desert Ridge Marketplace to listen to some music and I will probably have some sushi for dinner. I will try to update the rest of my day later ....bye and see u later.

My first day

Hello, I just created my blog and I believe it will motivate me to loose my extra pounds (40 lbs). I know that  I have a long way to go, but it is never toolate to start. I am not following any specific type of diet, I intend to reduce my portion sizes and eat healthier. And, also, I will try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, and walk and ride my bike. I hope I can make good friends that are facing the same type of challenges through this blog. Good Luck to all of us!
