Day at the Fair!
Well I went to Aussie World today, which is like a permanent Fair with ferris wheels ect.
I got a little sick after spinning around for hours on end so needs some fizzy to burp. hehe.
My eating was pretty crap today. But I am still close enough to my calorie goal to not feel too guilty.
Today I ate:
Breakfast was Special K advantage with Bonsoy milk: 140 cals
Lunch was Subway vegie delite salad with cheese and sweet onion sauce and two subway cookies (were meant for my son but I ate then as he didn't want them
): 490 cals
Afternoon snack that was totally bad, 50 grams of red rock deli honey soy chips and some fancy fizzy drink: 357 cals
Dinner is going to consist of a small piece of vegetarian frittata which I estimate to be about 300 cals maximum
So all up was 1287 cals which is good enough
Exercise was a 25 minute session of the couch to 5 km running program which was 60 seconds of running alternated with 90 seconds of brisk walking.
My calf muscles are so sore from the stairs yesterday! I love it 
I still have the cold so am trying to take it easy.
Well I was meant to go to bible study tonight but I am too late. Next weeK I shall go.
