I am back after falling off the bandwagon alittle, the good thing is I didnt gain anything but the bad thing is I didnt lose anything.... BUT I AM BACK AND I MEAN BUSINESS....

today was a good day... For breakfast I had a Zone perfect protien bar, Lunch I had a salad and macaroni cassole,and dinner I had bbq chicken breast and mac and cheese... Did great on my mini goal of drinking 96 oz of water.... I am going  to start going to the gym tommorrow so wish me luck Well that is it for tonight. Have a good night everyone...

hey everybody..... today was a so so day... I didnt do good as far as the drinking the amount of water that I would have liked.... Breakfast I had a bowl of Multigrain cheerios w fat free milk and a sliced banana for lunch I had half of a chicken ceasar salad and a half of glasses of cranberry juice... Dinner I had the rest of my salad...  Tommorrow I am going to try to drink my goal of 96oz of water... Have a good everyone ...

Da post for today and yesterday

sorry I couldnt post yesterday was a little sick... So here it is breakfast I didnt eat nuffin b/c I spelt right breakfast... So I took pill at 11:30 am and ate lunch which was  tunafish and salad with basalmic vinegar salad including  iceberg lettuce   cucumbers and totmato... Dinner baked chicken with bbq sauce , rice (chicken flavor) broccoli... My mini goal was  to drink 96 oz of water which was accomplished YAY ;-)~   Well today I wasnt a little bad for breakfast I had a poptart only b/c I was running late and didnt have time to cook anything  and I wanted to put something in my belly ( but I solved that problem I went and brought some protien bars)..At lunchtime I had a half of a chicken ceasear wrap (whole wheat ) And for dinner I had a Chicken quesadilla  lean pocket (didnt think I was going to like it b/c I am such a picky eater but it was actually good) My mini goal for today was the same as yesterday and I drink a liter today and had to run back and forth to the restroom....

yeah everybody

I couldnt post yesterday so I will be writing my menu for today and yesterday.... Well since I started taking the pills I not really hungry so thats why  my menu may look alittle tiny... But I am forcing myself to eat a little something ... Being that it wont help my diet to skip meals... So here is what I had yesterday  Breakfast I had a hard boiled egg,wheat toast with a yogurt spread   Lunch I had cheese on wheatable crackers Dinner: wasnt very hungry so I had some preztels (honey wheat) saltless  I didnt very well with the water the only thing is I had to run back and forth to the bathroom... Today for breakfast I had a sliced  apple in lemon juice and a protien bar Lunch I had a  half of a turkey and cheese panini (sp ) Dinner I had  Baked talapi and rice pilaf.. Again did very well with drinking my recommended amount of water.. Well that is how my two days went...

MY FIRST PILL

I took my first pills this morning feeling great so far... I will be on the 1200 (min) calories diet.... I will be posting my menu for the day

Breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios with  1/2 cup of fat free milk which is 150 calories  Lunch tunafish with 1 tbsp of mayo and crackers. which is 300 calories. Dinner baked chicken green beans stuffing and 1 tbsp of mac and cheese...

My water intake is 32 ounces  still working on that ...

I also decided that I will be setting mini goals for the day for now on....

TODAY I REALIZED.......

Today I realized that it was time to stop all of the bull and lose the unhealthy weight.. Things that once was so easy for me to do became really difficult... Take today as a example I was going up the stair and when I got to the top I couldnt catch my breath it was like I was having a asthma attack it was very scary.... Another thing was when I was trying to put on my shoes and tye them I couldnt bend down long enough because I couldnt breath and the bad part about it I was sit down that aint good as all....SO TODAY i REALIZED THAT IT IS TIME FOR ME TO START TAKING CARE OF MYSELF...
