week 1 done!
Well .. after a rather hard slog I've managed to get through 7 days without food! Ok ok ... I have been on the Cambridge Diet so thats not completely true I have had my food packs!
I have my first weigh-in tonight ... I really hope its been worth it!
The past 7 days have seen me go from sad/angry to estatic and full of beans to craving something savoury and yum to excitement of being weighed again!
I have to admit that the savoury flavours aren't all that and I am hoping my CDC will allow me to buy some bars this week as I'm hoping that giving me something to chew on will help disperse these bloody cravings I keep getting!
Having said that they are JUST CRAVINGS!
One thing this diet has taught me so far is: what is hunger and what is just plain greed!
I have also had heaps of great advice and support from all the members at www.minimins.com - a forum used by all dieters on VLCDs (very low calorie diet) and WW, LL etc ..... would highly recommend signing up if anyone was thinking about these diets.
I hope to lose around 3 stone on this diet so I can wow hubby in a lovely frock for valentines day 2007! :o)
Losing 3 stone will also allow for a little fluctuating should I have any nights out etc.
So here goes my journey to size 10 heaven!
