yay!! I lost a pound from last week!! Putting me at 182.2 and that also means I have lost my 10 percent since starting again in January :) (I was back up to 203 then)
It has taken me 4 months to drop 20lbs... can you believe it only takes like 2 to put it on? Thats unfair!! lol
I am still working on my goal to be under 180 by the end of the month... I think I just might reach that goal..

Well I have been pretty good all week... Actually.. I have been On plan pretty much all week... yay me!!
Sadly though.. and it might not be too bad..I slipped last night.. Weekends are hard for me because it is when im out with my friends.. friends who aren't on diets ect.. I had beer (light) and some snacks and pizza...
I feel like a pig!!
Ah well.. we will see what WI shows tomorrow.. I have been good today.. drinking a ton of water ect so that all the sodium will pass quickly..
ya.. the scale should be interesting tomorrow lol

Good Week So far!
Well this has been a very good OP week for me!! No real "cheating" and I have been writing down everything that I have been putting in my mouth!
I have been drinking a TON of water and cutting back on my soda intake!! (and that is hard for me to do)
Work is a big challenge in more then one way. I work a pretty high stress customer service job stress ='s eating... I also work in a pretty big call center and they ALWAYS have food out and about.. and not healthy stuff most of the time.. Busy season is getting close and they will be handing out even more junk to eat.. It is SO hard to pass it up!
Any hoo.. hopefully I will be able to work out a little bit this weekend.. Weekends are bad for me as well since that is when I'm out with my friends..

I love...
Being on weight watchers... I can still have my fast food fix every once in awhile and still be on the plan!!
I had the munchies big time this morning.. But I kept it healthy.. Ocean Spray light juice is awesome.. good taste less sugar then regular juice (1 point per glass)... I also had an oatmeal on the go bar (4pts) and a light english muffin (2 points)
Lunch was my fast food fix for the week... I had a med french fries (8 pts) and 6pc chicken nuggets at 6 points.. (almost the lowest points you can get at McDonalds and still get the fix lol man.. I feel like a junkie!!)
I have like 3 points left for the day but I have all my flex points availible...
If I stay good all weekend and find a time to work out... I should show a pretty good loss this week.. My goal is to be under 180 by the end of this month...

Good Day!!
But man am I floating!!! I am doing pretty well on my goal of drinking more water... Only problem is having to run to the bathroom every hour LOL
ah well...
It works though.. I ate SOO horribly the last 2 weeks and I am back down to 183 from 188 (yay sodium weight loss!!)
I am getting small headaches from cutting back on soda.. but I am limiting myself to like 2 cans or one 20oz bottle a day and that should help me cut back altogether (I was drinking WAY too much)
Food wise I am doing well so far and sticking to all my points in a day.. I'm writing everything down.. It is hard to stay away from fast food.. I swar they lace it with something to keep you comming back for it. ;)
I had a picture taken of me while on a friend's horse.. and man.. I don't know who's arse is bigger mine or the horses.. so ya.. I am sticking to this until I reach my weight goal.. I am liking feeling better about myself and I will reach my goal this time!!

Groovy!!
I just found this place and I think it is rather nifty! I have a few places for my weight loss venting and I can always use extra support hehe
I have been trying to lose weight now for about 2 years... I drop about 20 almost 30lbs and I go back to my old habits.. I am not too sure what it is.. I think a part of it is that I'm afriad to be thin.. I have been overweight most of my life and I guess it has become a mask to hide behind..
I have still come a long way :) And that makes me happy!!
I have a few goals...
1. To stay on my plan (no cheating or over eating like I have been)
2. To work out on a regular basis
3. Drink more water (and cut back on Soda)
Well I think that is all for tonight... Will be updating more later :)
