 well i did it i lost 2 llb and feel good i never thought i could do it . got a day off from my exersise today would love to keep losing but alas that never happens but i will not be negative here and i will be optamistic

no weight loss

 well what can i say lost not a thing in 1 week can i have still been eating to much who knows . dont feel like i was . any way going to change weigh in day to fri . so will get back on this fri and will wait and see .

happy valentine day to all

 well got up feeling sorry for my self and went to work had good day at work , then when i got home hubby had bought me the biggest block choclate you guessed had to eat the lot once its gone the better i feel . so feel a little sick wrighting this . but i bet i wont be the only person ,thats had a little naughty today back on track tommorw , you cant belive how good it feels to get all this on to paper i feel cleansed now .

bad day

 well yesterday was a bad day for me eaten to much starchy foods that my stomach was bloated and felt heavy all day . today got up thinking will get back on track and i have weighed my foods . going to work now  it will keep my mind of food a while eh

today got to be positive

 well had my breakfast of porridge and poppy seeds and pumkin seeds with a teaspoon of treacle , thats that sweet tooth i have . i am trying to eat every 4 hours giving my stomach a rest before the next lot ha ha


cant wait for breakfast

 ha ha well this is like torture i am so hungry . but only had omlete tonight si i think thats why , i am so tempted to get something . so i came on here to right my thoughtts down .

just done exersise

 just  done my half hour with maya . yes maya is my personel trainer and its working well and keeps me motivated . its my personal coach for the wii i also have the wii fit that i love to . i also do the tonning tables 3 times a week and have lost 22inch since last summer but no weight well about 2lb

started on 10th feb

 well after a few weeks of thinking i need to do something ,well now is the time to start. not been feeling to good about my self and feeling slugish , found this site just by chance .dont know how it all works yet though ,
