can you belive it

well as i said i had joined the gym been swimming 3 times did 25 lenghs each day love swimming. also been in gym 3 times to . was hoping for a loss on fri . nothing gutted really disapointed about that . well i thought come on lets forget this and still carry on so thats what i have decided to do hope it comes of this friday

Try to keep going, when I exercise (when) I usually find I get the reward the week after even if I've not exercised that week. If you know what I mean. So if I could manage two weeks of exercise together I'd be on a roll! lol

Great job!  Keep the exercising up - it can only reap those rewards you so desperately want.

They say that when you start seriously exercising the fat starts to turn to muscle and it is only after this stage you start to lose weight. 

Do keep it up - I know you are a tad disappointed at having no loss for your efforts but it will come.  I think you weigh in today actually so will be itching to see how you do.  Good luck and keep it up.

PS I am going to be spending some time in England over the next year - in Cambridge (Papworth Everard) is that near you?  I am useless at geography!!!
