a little better

well can say im a little bit better still in pain but first day out and about today . iam so lucking forward to that . did get weighed this morning and stayed the same . can live with that as no exersise at all for past 2 weeks . going to start swimming next wed cant wait for that .

going to get my suncreams today for my up and comming holiday 5 weeks today yipeee

feeling glum

well i had my opperation and was really shocked to find they could not remove my cyst . but funny thing is i woke up through night thinking well if this is menopause i dont feel any different so thats good , but when surgeon came next morning i was gutted . he had tried to take this huge cyst its 10cm now but it had stuck to my sigmoid bowel and he could not go any further so he drained it and did a biopsy and that was that . i was gutted and still am gutted . i am still in pain and fed up .only good thing is i still got ovaries and big cyst , he wants to leave me for 3 months then i will have scan again . well i have lost my appetite ( good thing ) i have to have injection every day for 6 weeks not such a good thing .and going to get weighed on fri so will update my weight log sorry to vent here but it helps me express my self . i will have to have another surgery this year got a gut feeling about that lol

its happened

well after weeks of not losing anything i have lost 3 lb in 2 weeks . and am pleased with that . my hard work swimming and gym as paid off . going to be laid up though from monday as im having my opperation bilaterl oopherectomy in other words ovarie removal . wii blog after i home

only weighing once month

well dont know if this is a good thing or not , but dont want to be a slave to the scales. so swimmimg 3 times week and walking more feel loads better , just domne my body log though not much gone off the old bod but bust gone down half inch so as bum so still in poportion lol

lost lost

well i have been the same for about 4 weeks now , but got on this week lost a pound so pleased with that.

swimming now 3 times week got up to 45 or 60 lengths .do go in gym to so very active around the pain .

been and had pre opp on wed was there 3 half hrs . my own doc thinks i have diabetus so got results back on tues next week . bit scared about that really but nothing that i can do now , decided to have both ovaries out so will be straight in menopause what joy that will be go in on 26th april happy easter to every one

not funny now

been a saint for weeks gym and swim 3 times a week still no loss whats going on . also just donr measure still all the same . its not funny any more

thinking of counting them points

well updated log and its been 4 weeks since i lost anything . what with the swimming and gym but i do feel better . so thinking of doing the ww to kick start the loss . will up date next week will see

can you belive it

well as i said i had joined the gym been swimming 3 times did 25 lenghs each day love swimming. also been in gym 3 times to . was hoping for a loss on fri . nothing gutted really disapointed about that . well i thought come on lets forget this and still carry on so thats what i have decided to do hope it comes of this friday

not lost so fed up

well as i was joining the gym and went 3 times . and went swimming 3 times doing 25 lengths each time . i felt that i would have lost somthing, but no stayed same how can that happen , well after i got on scales had good look at my bod , and i can say it looked slightly bloated . so better luck next week .

positive change

well i went to gym and then had a swim and loved it so going again today . going to see a lifestyle coach . think its to put me on program . any way i really liked it and it was like comming home not been for over a year . just been doing the tonning tables . which is great but not enough for me .

hoping i lose some weight now on fri keep fingers crossed peeps
