two weeks...
I've been doing my first body for life challenge for about two weeks now...and I'm feeling really good! Surprisingly! I'm really happy I found this site. I'm also using body for life tracker.com to tracke my progress. :)

So tomorrow starts week 3 for you too? That's great! Does that put your start date at January 7? There are now 4 of us with that start date. Have you done BFL before, or is this your first challenge? (sorry about all of the questions)
