Encourage Yourself...
I was reading an article the other day on iclassygirl.com. You can find it HERE if you're interested... It was all about your attitude and about encouraging yourself. My favorite thing that she said was "...cause whether you think you can or can't you are right. Therefore, think YOU CAN!" Basically, if you believe you can, then you CAN!! If you are always negative about this healthy journey, then your results will be just that...NEGATIVE!
So, after reading this, I am going to work really hard at changing my attitude about this journey. I am going to turn my negative thoughts into positive ones. When the scale doesn't budge and I want to give up, I'm going to think about how my body is not only changing on the outside but it's also getting healthier on the inside. When I'm tired and don't feel like exercising, I'm going to remember how good I feel afterwards. When I'm sore beyond belief, it just means that my muscles are developing and getting stronger. When I choose a healthier meal although my friends are eating something I'd rather have,
I'll remind myself that this is my body and I want to take care of it.
