Late Night Munchies!!

Now, you could say that I already know the solution to this problem...GO TO BED!!!  I'm horrible at getting a good night's sleep, which leaves me prey to the LATE NIGHT MUNCHIES!!  I've struggled with this before and honestly, if you stay up until midnight or later and your last meal was at 7pm, then DUH...you'll get hungry again.  5 hours is a long time to go without eating, so I guess I should go to bed now!!

I know exactly what you mean.  I have the same problem.  I have a really poor daily routine, I need a good 8 hours sleep a night, but can't seem to drop of until 3-4am.  So I dont generally wake up till midday and then have breakfast!  So trying to be healthy and stick to 3 small meals I dont get hungry till 11pm for my last meal!  Then i'm back in the same boat.  A friend of mine recently went on holiday and said the best way they dealt with the time difference was to eat meals at the same time as the locals.  So I have tried this approach to try and get me back on track and so far its seems to have some merit and is helping me slowly.  Its not perfect but helpful.  Hope you are well, thanks for reading my first blog!
