I must say I've been doing really well these past 6 wks. I've been consistent with the gym, my eating is better and I'm down 8 lbs.!! WOOOO HOOO!!
Now, if I can just keep up the momentum that would be wonderful. My biggest problem is getting past life's obstacles like illness, time management, weekends, etc. You know those stubborn days that you're too sick to work out and you never go back once you're well? Surely you have those times when one bad weekend meal turns into weeks of non-healthy eating??!! If I can just overcome that, I'll be fine!! Does anyone know the secret?? You see I know how to eat, what to eat, how much to exercise, etc...I just need work on those times when life gets in the way!
WOW, this started off so positive...didn't mean for it to take that turn at the end!!! LOL!! Well, I'm off to check on you guys. In case you're wondering where I've been, I really think that I have too many blogs and sites that I'm trying to manage. HAHAHAHA!! My goal is to post on each of them at least twice a week.
