Blog Reading
On day one I did 10 minutes on the elliptical machine. Day two I slept all day, no motivation, no energy. Today is day three and I am finding good motivation by reading the blogs! Lots to do, hoping for a productive day!
3000 strides in 20 minutes. I am pleased.
Focus was on how my butt and thighs felt tight! I like that feeling.
I challenged myself to 1000 strides when I was bored after 4 minutes.
Then when I had 1 minute to go, I was at 2500 strides so I pushed myself for the next two minutes to reach 3000.
I feel so good! Instead of focusing on working out for a time limit, I think focusing on how my muscles feel, and pushing myself doing random goals is much more beneficial! I hate it when I exercise and then I am exhausted after. I need to have energy left to finish out the day! I am off and running!
