Picture...
So I'm going to add a picture of me from the day I got married. I look at the picture now and can't beleive how thin (for me) I looked. I didn't look overweight--- for once. In this picture I'm about 13 pounds over the goal weight I've posted on here. Even if I never reach the goal I've posted here I would be happy at the weight I was in the picture.

WI
Well, just as I thought. Up 1lb. Thank God it was only a pound. lol.
I did treat myself this morning. Remember those homemade cinnamon rolls I posted about a few weeks back? Well, I've been wanting one for so long I went ahead and had one. Now it's out of my system and I can probably go another couple of years without! lol.
Angel has informed me that I'm going to have to fight her for Bob. Thank goodness she's in Canada!!! LOL.

TBL...
Can we say I'm bawling my eyes out again???!!! Can you beleive Brittany lost 10 freaking lbs????!!! I was so happy for her. Yay black team! Poor Bob--- I could make it up to him...

LOL.
I can expect a gain tomorrow. I'm trying not to get down about it and just deal with it. You guys are all so wonderful. I logged in tonight and so that I had so many comments on my last comment. Now I know you love me!
I have to go back to the chiro again tomorrow and I have managed to put my pelvis back out again. I know it's just because my muscles aren't strong enough to keep it in place. So all I did tonight was my BL power sculpt dvd. It was light enough that I wasn't in too much pain. I didn't feel great but I did it.
I love you guys!

Oh My Back....
my neck and my back! lol. (Anyone remember Friday?)
I finally went to the chiro today. My PELVIS was out. Talk about pain. As was 2 of my ribs, my neck, and my jaw. I was in pretty bad shape. I have to go back on wednesday and we are going to work on some exercises to help those muscles get stronger so I don't keep having this problem. He said I'm too young for my pelvis to be going out and having this much pain. This problem started when I was 13 and for no apparent reason. He understand my financial concern because I have no health insurance so he didn't do x-rays today but may have to. I've never had them and it wouldn't hurt. My eldest sister had scoliosis (sp?). I'm sore which I knew I would be after that adjustment. He also said that my chest size is contributing to my shoulder and neck pain. There isn't much I can do about that except get this weight off.
My husband found one of our photos from when we got married. OMG, I can't beleive how thin I was. I mean, I still wasn't even close to my goal weight on here but I looked good. I will have to try and scan it and post it. I'm guessing I probably weighed about 137 or 138 in it. I still wasn't happy with my body at the time but I should have been grateful. I also don't know what it is that I'm doing differently then back then. Hell, I ate junk and didn't exercise regularly. Who knows.
I was going to exercise tonight but Im pretty sore after my adjustment and my head is absolutely splitting. I will probably see a gain this week at WI. I won't be happy about that but what happens, happens.
I love you all!

Running Fever.....
Well, I'm going to blame it on RBR, GCQMom, and Alexia for adding fuel to the fire! I cannot wait to start running again. It's been since August. I won't be able to start training again until it's warm enough to bundle baby up. The snow and ice outside makes it impossible.
There aren't many "runs" available to me because of the very rural area I'm in. Even then, things are rarely posted online because we are so rural. The ones that I'm aware of are a Triathalon which I am NOT interested in at all. The Grande Ronde Rehab Run which is a 5k or 10k. (I registered for this last year but came down with strep throat the day before the run.
). There is a half marathon and full marathon but I can't remember the name of it. THEN there is a run here in my own town that starts clear up Catherine Creek and ends just 3 blocks from my house. You have a choice of a 1 mile (no way!) , a 5K, or a half marathon. Now, I would LOVE to do the half marathon. I don't know if I can but I can certainly train for it, right?
I like to refer to www.runnersworld.com and www.coolrunnings.com
They both will create training programs for you depending on your race, time you have to train, and your level of running (beginner, intermediate, and son on).
Just thought I'd post. So far there's no new info out about the local race but I can plan that it will be in august.
This weekend has sucked butt. I just want to eat. Nothing helps. Hopefully tomorrow I can make up for any damages.
love you guys!

This meatball sandwich was so good and the meat didn't taste like chicken. If you actually took the time to read this and try it out that way! It came out of my Biggest Loser cookbook.

Shiznit....
Yup...Shiznit. As in "I need to get my shiznit together!!!!". LOL.
This is my second time posting this so I hope I don't lose it this time!!!! I've used all my flexies this week and I HATE doing this. I still really want a loss this week and when I use my flexies it's unlikely. This means I'm going to get BOB back out. I didn't take him out yesterday because I was so tired yesterday. So I will have to put him in today. LOL. Now OneDitto I know what you're thinking...BUT I'm referring to my other love, Bob Harper. LOL. Miss Joy this is for you. I still can't beleive you are being this deprived in Ireland!
EDIT: I did get my cardio in but I felt weak and like crap the whole time. I almost stopped the dvd during it several times but I didn't. I even took a little snooze earlier tosee if it would help. It did help but not with my fatigue. I thought I would even feel better after working out but I don't. I'm only glad that I got it done.

Friday..
Today was just one of those days where you feel you can't catch up! I hate that. I locked myself out of my house today. Which meant I couldn't drive my car or unlock the door at my work . It was crazy---- and a long day.
Eating was okay. I needed to workout today but I was just so tired and got home late that I didn't.
Nothing much else to report. Boring, Boring. I'm off to check on you all!

Measurements.....
So since I have not taken any measurements since November--- I took them today. Of course I'm not as small as I was last July and when I was running. I had no difference in my thighs, 1.5 inches less in my chest, 1.5 inches in my hips, and 2.5 inches in my waist!!!!! (Which is amazing since I have no real waist). I want my measurements to be what they were when I was 142lbs this last summer but I will get there right? This spring--- it's back to running for me.
For right now--- I'm enjoying my tryst with Bob everyday.
The recipe I made was AMAZING!!! I hate to cook but this was good. It's actually three recipes so I will have to make a separate post for it. It's an open faced meatball sandwich. The meatballs are another recipe and the marinara is another recipe all in the BL cookbook. My parents loved it and my dad is a total red meat guy. My husband loved it too and he is a red meat guy too. Plus, he usually hates anything I cook but I got rave reviews with this one! So watch for a post with the recipes because I'm too busy to do it now. I have to check on all my EP buddies!

WI
Well, I'm a little disappointed. I know you all will say "be happy! A loss is a loss!". I know, I know. I lost 1lb. There is a reason for this. I worked out pretty hard and I'm so sore that I know I have major lactic acid build up. I can barely walk or bend over!!!! lol.
I did the Cardio Max in the morning yesterday and then when I got home from work I did the power sculpt and finished just in time for TBL to start! I becoming addicted to that show!
I'm actually going to cook something from scratch. I'm going to make the open faced meatball sandwich from my new Biggest Loser cookbook. If I like it then I will pass the recipe on.
I will check on you all this afternoon after I get back from the store. Love you guys!
