Quick Note....
I cheated and got on the scale this morning for a "preview"--- I should have a loss tomorrow at WI.
I got my BL Cardio Max workout in before work. I'm off to work now. I plan on doing the BL Power Sculpt tonight after work and before BL! I have a lot more to post but will do that later tonight!

I Got Mail!
You all know I've been anxiously awaiting my package. The snow was so bad that the mail was really late. So no chance to use my new dvd before work.
BUT I after work I used my new Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd. Oh my it was a great workout and I only did a Level 1. This time my BF Bob Harper did the warm up, level 1, & the cool down. In the Power Sculpt Jillian does warmup, level 1, and Cool down. You don't see Bob until level 3.
Bob said during the work out say "I love Bob, I love Bob". He has no idea. lol. 
I sure hope the scale is down. I have used AP's and some flexies this week and I seem to kind of sticking to last weeks number. We shall see Wednesday!

No Remote....
Well last night I wanted to do my BL workout dvd but couldn't find my dvd remote ANYWHERE. I'm sure either the puppy or the baby has drug it off somewhere. I know what you all are thinking--- "why didn't you get your butt up and press play on the dvd player". WELL, you have to have the remote to select which workout you want and several other things. My actual player does not have those buttons--- just the basics. I could have started it but all I could have played is the warm up. 
So, I improvised.
I worked out for 30 mins using the same exercises from the dvd but at a little faster pace and I incorporated more ab work. I was proud of myself. 
Today I bought a universal remote in case I can't find the dvd remote. I've been so busy today with it being my day off that I haven't got a workout in. UUUgghhh. Now, I just want to take a darn nap! I suppose I'll get my crap together here soon and workout.
I still have Monday and Tuesday to work hard before my WI.
I really, really, hope my other BL dvd is waiting for me at the post office along with the BL cookbook. I won't get the Bob Harper book until it's released in April. Just in time for my bday! 
So I was thinking back. I'm most definately smaller than I was a year ago. I also am just two pounds more than I weighed in on my 25th birthday --- which was my 10% WW goal. Do you guys remember back? I worked so hard that week because I wanted to make my 10% on my birthday and I did? SOOOO by April 4th this year I should weigh less than last year if I keep working hard. That makes me feel a little better about gaining almost all my weight back between the months of August and December.
ANYWAYS, I must go check on you all. I didn't get to last night. 
EDIT: Even though I got my new dvd remote I decided to go ahead and improvise my own workout again because my glutes and abs are real sore from yesterday's --- which means that I did good! So another 30 mins for me!
I have one teensy problem tonight I am really, really hungry. I've used my points for the day and don't want to use anymore flex points this week. I've used about half of them already. I hate that. But that was because of my "relaps" last wednesday night with alcohol. Oh, what to do. I don't have anything 0pts around. Damn. I'm chuggin the water.

Exercise...
I need to get my exercise in check guys! I didn't home last night from work until late and then I was starving and I can't workout right after eating--- it makes me sick. I won't be getting home until late again tonight but hopefully I can squeeze in dinner at work so that when I get home late I can workout after getting baby to bed.
Still no package in the mail

The wind is blowing snow outside so hard and it's soooo cold. I hate having to go outside to get to the car or to warm up the car. 
Eating has been okay. I have used some of my flex points this week. Mostly because of my "relapse" on wednesday. But with exercise and still staying within the limits I should still have a loss for the week.
I will try and do double workouts tomorrow since it's sunday and my husband won't be home tomorrow until late. 
I'll check up on you guys tonight! I hope you're having a fabulous weekend! I have to go to work so I'm going to go get myself a skinny sugar free latte to wake my tired butt up!

Boring...
There isn't much to report. I did talk myself out of talking myself out of working out last night! lol. I got it done and out of the way so there's no guilt.
Eating has been in check although I'm not as strict as when I was on the cleanse. No alcohol--- I learned my lesson. I felt just horrible.
I have to go to work today-- I'm NOT looking forward to that. 
Still no package in the mail--- I'm so impatient. 
I'll check on all of you tonight after work!

Just Saw....
Martha Stewart is having a 30 Day Body Soul Challenge. It looks really cool but I can't see where to sign up. They have new recipes everday. Is anyone doing this?
Last night I had a relapse. It was bad. I feel horrible this morning and now I know that I'm not able to handle things in "moderation" yet. So no more for a long time. I thought I was ready to handle it but I couldn't.
The "stress factor" in my life is "back" this week so I hope I can handle it alright. Wish I could tell you more but since you can google myname and my blog comes up. 
I'm still on track with my points so not all is lost. I got an email notifying me that my BL Cardio Max dvd has been shipped. I can't wait!

WI
Well, I weighed in at 157.2 which is a loss of 2.2lbs this week! At least the scale is moving down, right? I'm so releived.
Remember the cardio max BL dvd I ordered, the Bob book, and the BL cookbook I ordered? I thought I would have it by now so i went and checked on my amazon account and stupid me checked the box that said "group my shipments into as few as possible". Well, since Bob's book is not released yet--- I'd be waiting forever! So I changed it. I want my stuff NOW! LOL.
Last night I watched BL. It was a good one. I actually cried for the Yellow team when they weighed in and made it. I was so proud of them. The one thing they did that kind of upset me is when they went to the pink team and the purple team and tried to make alliances. They should not have done that to prevent any kind of angry feelings-- I guess.
Next week I guess Jillian cries about something--- I can't wait until next week!
EDIT: I almost went into self destruct mode. You know from my other post that I had decided to allow myself 1 or 2 days a week that I could have alcohol. Well, I went to the store and I fought with myself wether or not to allow myself any today since it's my day off. Then I couldn't decide wether or not to stick with my regular light beer or try and switch myself over to wine (healthier? probably not). So I bought my regular light beer AND a bottle of dry reisling.
I thought I could have one drink and see how I feel. I got home and I had one beer. It tasted funny since it's been so long. Then the guilt set in. I HATE this feeling and you all know what I'm talking about. Then I immediatley started searching for food. I knew I was in destruct mode at this point. I went ahead and had lunch (a smart ones). I still was feeling like I needed something. So I was rummaging my cupboards. I didn't know what to do. Staring back at me was a brand new bottle of Red Wine Vinager. Thanks to Shelley, I bought some awhile back in case of any cravings. I opened up the new bottle and took a shot. DANG that was nasty! Talk about instant heartburn. BUT it helped--- So Shell--- I'm forever indebted to you! lol.
Then I put my power sculpt dvd in and worked out. So I made it through!

Get it Together!
I need to get my ass in gear today! I got on the scale because I was feeling a little bloated. I was up from yesterday and I was disappointed since I've been working so hard and staying within my points. My official WI is tomorrow so I will work hard today.
I need to do my power sculpt dvd NOW, so that I can do it again when I get home from work. That's why I need to get my ass in gear EP buddies!
I had a big breakfast and will taper my meals for the rest of the day. 
It is 4 FREAKING DEGREES OUTSIDE! I have never lived or been anywhere this cold. 
Since I'm still paying for meetings and can't go because of the roads--- I think I will try and start going again closer to march. The weather should have warmed up by then.
So I need to get off of here and get my butt in gear! 
EDIT**** I've had no alcohol for a week! I would like to pick one or two days out of the week where I will allow for it but all other days will be off limits. But I don't think I'm ready for that yet.

Manic Monday...
Just a quick post--- the last day of my cleanse. I felt wonderful towards the end. The beginning, wasn't so great. I would get kind of sick right after having my drink from all the toxins stirring up. Also my head would hurt. By day three those symptoms went away. AND for all of you that are wondering but not asking..... I only had my regular bowel movement one a day. Toxins chose to leave through my urine which was neon yellow despite the large amount of fluids I was drinking.
Saturday morning I was down to 157 but again, official WI is not until wednesday. Hope it sticks around. 
Still no drinks! Tomorrow will be a week!
I have to get ready for work and it's sooo cold outside. It's in the teens and tonight it's supposed to get to -2 degrees!!!! I've never been anywhere that cold!!!! Ack!
I'll catch up with you guys later tonight.

Part 2 of Today...
I did my BL powersculpt before I went to work. 
I only have one more cleanse drink to go for the night and I'm DONE!
I have resisted the urge to eat. I'm not really hungry because the drink is actually about 3pts and is a food BUT I would love to chew on something. lol.
