First Days Results
Down 3.8lbs in just one day. Now I know I was completely out of control with my eating. I ate healthy all day yesterday but I did go over my points. But I had a little more self control than before and my snacking was healthy.
My menu is planned tonight. It's steak stroganoff made with top sirloin that I've trimmed all the fat off, whole wheat noodles, lipton onion soup mix, mushrooms, onions, and smart balance sour cream. I will probably have green beans for a veggie.
