walk and mood gym
redcurvy suggested that i try a sight called moodgym, its all about cognative behaviour therapy and thinking about things in a diffrent way. i have trained in cbt so i do know how it works, however i can not seem to put this into practice with myself - however i am going to try and complete the modules and give it a go and you never know what might happen.

Good for you!
Taking an hours walk did you the world of good, I'm sure! Don't overload your mind with too many plans.....take baby steps and you will soon feel better, I'm sure. Keep posting here.....it'll do you good to write out your feelings. Take care,

No worries
As I say - it has to be worth a try, and you can save it for another day if you're just not getting into it. I guess sometimes you just need to accept that your own advice to others is helpful, so why not trust it for yourself!
I hope you feel a bit better soon.
