Something new.

Last week 01-10-07 i went to this local clinic http://www.nexushealthcare.com/nxhealthcare.html
They gave me a month supply of phentermine and a b12 shot and on then 24th i go back for another one.I work over night so at 10pm when i was at work ,i took and a pill and oh my goodness i thought i was going to burst i was so full of energy haha it was silly.I haven't been getting the best sleep but i tried out benadryl last night and i slept amazing.This week im going to try to go to the gym 4 day's a week instead of 3 and eat more veggies because this weekend i went on a date and ate some tasty chinese food BUT i couldn't eat much due to the pill.I will see how i feel after a month and how much i loose.

Clinic

I also went to a clinic out my way. I took Phentermine 37.5 mg. I started them on Feb.7th 06 and quit May 11 06'. I lost a lot of weight, however becarefull the nurses and doctors are not going to tell u that there are a lot of side affects. The pills really gave me a jump start on dieting. If you having trouble sleeping take the pill really early. I'd get up 3 hour early and take the pill and go back to sleep. Or you can cut them in half. They work the same on me in half. Just becareful and force your self to eat on the day you don't want to eat. Try to work out as much as you can. The weight will fall off of you and if you don't work out you will have a lot of skin hanging like I do. The only problem with these pills is when you quit taking them you will be hungry. Be care to watch what you eat. 3 of my friends started taking them the same day as me and quit with me. We all lost 30 to 50 lbs in those couple months but all 3 of them have gained that weight back and a couple of pounds. I can't say it enough to be careful. Thank you for the comment  I lost the weight with just eating right, and cutting out alot of food. I exercise 6 days a week and three days of strength training. It was hard at first but now its fun and energizing. I hope you get to your goal. :)
