Another argument against fructose
In this article I want to meet you with another John Parrillo’s
argument against fructose. I showed you his weight loss nutrition
concerns and experiments in “Argument against fructose”.
May be you still love fruits. My intention is not to convince you to hate them or exclude from your diet,
but to be careful and to know the whole truth about fruits and
fructose. You can take this article as informative or as provoking, but

view the problem with fructose in fruits is that it skirts the control,
which decides if the sugar in the foods is going to be stored as

Argument against fructose
Years ago John Parrillo announced his arguments against fructose and people start to think he is crazy. Everyone add fruits in his weight loss nutrition, so why then fructose is so bad.
It is natural formed sugar contained in fruits, which are healthy
foods, isn’t it – full of fibers, vitamins, minerals and poor in fats (Cherry recovery during diet).
Recently were accumulated many researches, which proved to all
nutrition specialists that he was right – fructose makes you fat.
Fructose in our daily life.

can be found in soft drinks (that why all healthy diets exclude aerated
soft drinks) and processed foods, but you can already find it in many
unexpected places – on the shelves with sport foods, in energy bars, in
sport drinks and carbohydrate supplements, which you probably take

I was searching today for vegetable and animal fats information to
increase my weight loss nutrition knowledge. It was nothing new about
this topic.
But I want to tell you an old truth about different kind of fats and how certain fats sources can really help increase weight loss results.
YES – fats can help you burn more fats, because not all fats are
“bad”. Much people (I would include myself years ago as well) eat very

True Abs exercising - break the myth
Almost everyone will tell you to do abs exercising to achieve weight loss, but there are not so much people who will tell you how to do it. I want to show you true abs exercising and break the myths about it.
First remember that you will be able to make very nice looking abs, by doing it right, but you will see your results after burn the fats above them. I remember when I read for the first time about true exercising of abs and after that tried it.
Difference is big. Much people have muscle pain in legs and back, but never in abs. This is sure sign for wrong abs exercising. If you have muscle pain in abs than you have pressured them right and have good chance for better results.
