You have NO idea how glad I am that it's Friday. For several reasons. 1) REST DAY! 2) CHEAT MEAL DAY and 3) NO WORK FOR 2 DAYS!
Co-worker issues at work almost made me walk out yesterday, but we are a paycheck to paycheck family and mine is the largest paycheck. So, I have no choice but to stay. Luckily my boss knows my work ethic and sees that things that are going on are not my fault. He even went as far as to say "I've got your back", so I guess I won't worry about it. But who needs the extra stress in their life? Certainly not me!
My workouts the last couple of days have been good but not GREAT. I have been really tired all week. I assume it's because I am getting up at 4:15 again every morning after a week of sleeping in. It's been all I could do just to start a workout but I was usually ok after a few minutes and finished them without a problem. I just haven't been working out at the intensity I would like to.
Well, I should start working now. Have a great Friday!!!

Yes, TGIF!!!!
I hear you on the tired front. It truly makes working out that much harder when you're bone tired. My dd has been getting up so early or should i say in the middle of the night. Last night she graced us at 1:45 AM and didn't go back to sleep until we were in the car on our way to daycare. I could truly pass out right now.
But being tired is danger for me because I usually eat to stay awake so i'm going to try and be real good. I scarfed my breakfast down and am just drinking tons of water because I feel hungry even though I'm pretty sure that's not what it is.
Anyway, here's to sleeping this weekend. Y~Y ::ting:: ;-P
I have one that I blog about sometimes. Don't want to dwell on her, though!
Hope you've had a restful weekend are ready to hit the Firm this week! I did Ultimate Calorie Blaster this morning after a two day rest, and so far today have pumped out 32 push-ups (but it's only 5.00 PM!). Tomorrow I think I'll be doing Complete Aerobics and Weight Training, but will have to check my rotation to make sure. I have a suspicion it's back-to-back JF Buns and JF Arms. Have you ever tried those back to back? It's a great workout!
