July 9, 2006... can't we rewind??
I would love to just rewind for 1 week, go back to LAST Sunday... when my vacation was beginning. BUT, I can't and I really do have to go back to work tomorrow. How depressing is THAT.
I was supposed to run this morning, but I turned off the ol' alarm and went back to sleep. I have been rationalizing all morning, telling myself that I was "too sore anyway", but I know that isn't true. So, I am determined to get to the track tonight when the sun starts to go down, and get my long run for the week in. I think that's what did it for me this morning. I knew that today was the day for the LONG run. Shooting for 4 miles today.
I decided to start posting my food intake on here to keep me accountable. So, here goes:
Breakfast ~ Coffee; Kashi Go Lean Oatmeal w/ a dash of cinnamon and a Splenda packet. 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese and 1 slice ww toast with Polaner All-Fruit Spread.
Snack ~ string cheese and a banana
Lunch ~ Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole grain bread.
no afternoon snack. Got busy with housecleaning
Dinner ~ Spaghetti made with 96/4 ground beef, Barilla Plus Omega-3 Angel Hair pasta, and Ragu Pasta Sauce with 1/4 cup of shredded 2% cheese on top
Dessert - 1 cup (200 calories) Breyers Light Ice Cream, Vanilla Bean Flavor
